This is a long form of T’ai Chi Ch’uan known as the Yang style, or the Classic Yang style. It is an ancient Chinese art of movement, which is not taught as a martial art, i.e. not for fighting).
The style is practiced for:

~ Maintenance of Health for the Body, Mind and Spirit.

Andreas Demetriou (BAPA (Hons), A.F.Phys, MMM Basic Cert. and White Dipl.) has been studying, practicing and teaching the T’ai Chi Ch’uan in London and abroad for over 40 years.
Originally a dancer, he has also studied Yoga, The Alexander Technique and Pilates. He is a qualified remedial masseur and teacher.
